It helps us in every aspect of our lives: mind, body, spirit and emotion. Almost everything we do is related to the above four factors. I will focus on how these factors can help us be successful in our lives. The best definition of success I have heard is that “Success is a progressive realization of a worthy idea”. |

For more than 30 years, the International Traditonal Karate Association has been training students in the art of Shotkan Karate.
The ITKA headquarters is located in Chicago, IL. It holds daily training at various locations throughout the city, for beginners through advanced.

The chief instructor of the ITKA is Sensei M. Bambouyani, 8th Dan, and internationally renowned for his level of instruction. Sensei has appeared on major television stations including CBS, NBC, ABC, WGN, FOX, WCIU, as well as major newspaper publications such as the Chicago Tribune and the Chicago Sun-Times. In the 1970s, he began teaching at the University of Illinois in Chicago.
