My daughter Sima was born on Jly 27th 1992. So we will be celebrating Sima's birth day Wednesday July 28th 2010. 6:00 PM at the ITKA Headquarters 5945 Irving Park Road in Chicago. Losing mother and sister for Sophia and Mike and wife and child for me has been one of the most devestating experiences. We lost Sima and zahra (my wife) on December 2003 in a tragic earthquake in Bam while they were visiting. They were scheduled to return at 8:30 AM. but the Eartquake struck at 5:28 AM. Killed them along with many family and friends !

The chief instructor of the ITKA is Sensei M. Bambouyani, 8th Dan, and internationally renowned for his level of instruction. Sensei has appeared on major television stations including CBS, NBC, ABC, WGN, FOX, WCIU, as well as major newspaper publications such as the Chicago Tribune and the Chicago Sun-Times. In the 1970s, he began teaching at the University of Illinois in Chicago.
